App versus browser: what works best
Our native Android app offers offline account access, push notifications for live events, and faster load times on slower connections. The app caches your recent transactions and game history, so you can review your account even when your internet drops. Browser access—whether on Android, iOS, or desktop—requires an active connection but needs no installation and updates automatically. Both paths use the same backend, so your balance, deposit history, and game preferences stay synchronized. We support Android 7.0 and above for the native APK, covering the vast majority of devices in circulation. iOS users access loncengtoto through Safari or Chrome on iOS 12 and above, which includes all recent iPhone and iPad models. The web app runs on any modern browser—Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge—on phones, tablets, or computers. If your device is older than these minimums, the web app may load slowly or display formatting issues; we recommend updating your operating system or using a newer device for the best experience.
Troubleshooting common installation issues
If the Android APK fails to install, check that you have enabled "Unknown sources" in your device security settings. Some devices also require you to trust the certificate; if prompted, select "Install anyway" or "Trust this source." On iOS, if the web app does not load, clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again. If you see a certificate warning, this is normal for our development environment; select "Continue" or "Visit this website" to proceed. For persistent issues—app crashes, login failures, or payment errors—contact our support team in English or Indonesian; we respond within one business day.
Data, permissions, and account security
Our app requests only the permissions it needs: camera for identity verification during KYC, storage for caching your transaction history, and network access for live games and payments. We do not access your contacts, location, or other personal data. All communication between your device and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS protocols. Your account credentials are stored securely on our backend; we never store passwords in plain text. When you log out, your session ends immediately, and cached data remains on your device for offline reference only. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact our support team.
